Mrs. Gladys Mutukwa is currently an independent consultant on Women, Law, and Development with over 30 years’ experience in the field of human rights at international, regional, and national levels. She has previously served on several boards for organisations such as Bank of Zambia, ICRISAT, Women in Law & Development in Africa (WILDAF), Women’s University in Africa, Women Finance, Zambia National Women’s Lobby.

For AFCL’s fields of operation, Mrs. Mutukwa’s main interest and attention would be in the legal, safety and gender issues relating to lecturers, students, clients, government, partners, and future development of the institution into a top-notch institution.

Mrs. Mutukwa’s is an Advocate of the High Court of Zambia. She has an LLB from the University of Zambia and LLM from New York University.
